Hello, I got some issues with directadmin

My httpd and named is down when /usr/local/directadmin/dataskq execute on crontab.

It always down and keep it down, i already edit services.status

directadmin=OFF
dovecot=OFF
exim=OFF
httpd=OFF
mysqld=OFF
named=OFF
proftpd=OFF
sshd=OFF

I'm already OFF all the service but it always make httpd and named stop
and DirectAdmin still monitor the services.status.

Please advise.

Thanks

looks to me like there's been some fiddling with some users on the server:

Cannot find /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/amiraz/httpd.conf

does this user exist?

No, it not exist on my server

[~] - cd /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/amiraz/
-su: cd: /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/amiraz/: No such file or directory

what is the output of:

ls -l /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/amiraz/

and the output of:

ls -l /home/amiraz/

then in the DA Control panel, is the user listed there?

Nothing, and also in DA not found amiraz, it's maybe has been removed.

do you perform the admin_backups? if so - you could restore the user via the DA Control Panel - and this might fix the problem (that is if you want the user reinstated).

It is evident to me that the user has been removed from the server - not by using the DA control panel.

Another option might be to create the same user again - using the same reseller account - this "could" work (as an alternative).

[solved]

Hello,

My problem has been resolved by edit directadmin.conf

Here the solutions for FreeBSD Users

1) pico /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf
2) put graceful_restarts=1 on the directadmin.conf
3) Restart your DirectAdmin

Good luck ;)

I'm still facing problem with named. But for temporary i just add cron for named, it will reup named when it's down.

If you guys have idea to solved the named problem please let me know.

Thanks
