Hi,
httpd doesn't work. I don't know why....

After killing the process I restart httpd but it's still the same
 
Enable extended status on apache and check the url. Then you can see what sites are being used.
 
Ok now I see the site who was used but how I can repair it?
 
Suspend the site, see if that helps.

Server status should tell you what page was accessed the most, you can start investigating from there.
 
This will tell you if one foreign ip is responsible:

netstat -ntu | grep ESTABLISHED | awk '{print $5}' | cut -d: -f1 | sort | uniq -c | sort -n

If its one ip causing the problem the block that ip.
