recently my server have been down continuously daily at 12.15am.

every times the down times is the same.

may i know what had happen?

I had a similiar issue, on a VPS (200mb ha), and another CP..... The server had a vulnerable script that people could gain bash access, hence they were kind of DDoS'ing apache thus crashing the poor thing......

Doubt its the same for you, but you could use the apache server-status to monitor what vhost is using the apache process higher than usual.

As I say, this could be irrelevant as to your problem.

Usually the backups and tallies and everything else happens at midnight and Apache restarts after. Sounds like it's not coming back up for some reason though. It show anything in the logs?

oh my god. it down again. can i know how do i check it?
Login to Directadmin as Admin. Then Go to Log Viewer. Then view the Apache Error Log and System Messages logs and see what's happening around the time Apache goes down.

Yes, its some sort of "secret" - the Apache IS restarting every night and you can't do a thing about it - its a part of DA routine. I had few scripts running as Apache and that "undocumented nonsence" gave me headache.
Also, if you disable this routine (nightly Apache restarts) it will screw up the whole server. so be careful
