httpd not started after new installing directadmin

hi, i installed DA, but some part of the installation process see these lines are in the picture :

so after finished the installation the Httpd not started,
( i installed ELS before DA installation and running some commands like : --chmodfiles or the sames ...
i am not sure the problem occur because of them, but you can help me .. )
how can i fix my httpd, it is stoped
