httpd or lighttpd ON ??!!!

hello guys

i has installed lighhtpd on my server
and i go to

PHP:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/services.status

and replace httpd with lighttpd

is that correct?

or i have to keep httpd=ON wihtout add or replace it with lighttpd ? :D

another question this is my services.status file is it good for start up or i have to add or remove eny thing else ? because i had delete proftpd and ssl

my VPS run only 1 website content AJAX and 123flashchat and VB Forums

and how i can know the query for used Memory ?

642.86 MB of 1024 MB used / 381.14 MB free

the 123flashchat take only 400MG so where is the rest go !!

Are you running both lighttpd and apache? If both, then you should make sure your OS starts both, and have both in the file.

All the file does is contain the names of programs you want DirectAdmin to track and attempt to restart if down.

See what I wrote above. If you don't want proftpd or any other daemon to run you need to turn it off, change it's startup files so it won't restart, and remove it from the status file. If you're adding other daemons (for example, lighttpd) you need to make sure you've set up it's startup files so it will start on system startup, and add it to the status file.

Important note: Even if you shut down a daemon through DirectAdmin it will restart if/when you restart your server, no matter what's in your status file, unless you've made changes to it's startup file.
