httpd overload super-quick in server and drains RAM

Hey guys, can you tell why the httpd in Directadmin is overload in no time and cause to server crush?
In the attached image you can see the quick RAM overload with no reason and the server information.

Just cause you see alot of pids does not mean the server is going crazy.
