I don't know the process is processing which web files. But I did not find any errors in Apache Log.
Based on the process running time I calculated the occur time of the process and I checked all logs in Log Viewer of DirectAdmin.
But I still cannot find any problems in the log. (Actually no errors are logged at the occur time)
Sometime it occurs 1 httpd process with 100% cpu. Sometimes 4 even 6.
Then my system load becomes 1.1, 4.4, 6.6 (based on how many 100% cpu processs are running)
Kernel Version: 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64 (SMP) x86_64
Distro: CentOS release 6.4 (Final)
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) X3330
RAM: 8GB DDR2-667
HDD: 300GB SAS 15K x 2 (RAID1)
