httpd running named running but sites down

Hello,
We have this server which was defaced by some loser and have reinstalled DA and also used CustomBuild successfully to fix up things.

Now the thing is i see httpd up and named up but sites are not showing up. When accessed by IP i see httpd up as it shows up the default page as we wanted.

I saw something similar on other thread but it was not so clear to my case.

Also now if u try to create a user account it gives an error saying that a directory hasn't been written to /home/user

Try setting 755

Note that if your server was hacked the only safe thing to do is to rebuild it from bare metal and restore site backups.
