httpd started restarted

Hello,

Freebsd 6.2 with directadmin installed
I get a message:
A new message or response with subject:

The service 'httpd' on server servername.test.com is currently down

has arrived for you to view.

I cannot start the service, and can not reload it:
An error has occurred
Details
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/httpd reload 2>&1

And the logs look like this:
