Did you put the files in the subdomain's directory? If so, then did your subdomain's files include an index.html file? If not, verify that the subdomain's index.html file matches what's showing in your browser, and if so, delete it.

The problem most likely is that you don't have an index.html file and you didn't delete the DirectAdmin default.
