I can access directadmin but my clients can't

I can access my panel easily but friends can't, is this a known issue or just my install. I also tried reinstalling.
 
I can assure you its your install, did you followed the tutorial for installing ?
What is the error you get ?, want to share the link so other can check?any firewall in use ?

Are they in same country? Is all of this on the internet? Do you have them blocked on the firewall?

I installed the panel following the tutorial, added port=2096 in directadmin.conf (I use cloudflare). I am able to connect to it fine on my network but when I use mobile data on my phone it refuses to connect, my friends from around the world also are not able to connect (India, UK, US, France).
It worked no problem, then it stopped working after a while for everyone. I did a reinstall and I could connect to it but friends could not. I did a reinstall again and still same issue. (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)

OS: CentOS 7 64bit
 
Update: I found out that adding a friends ip in the iptables quickallow option in Configserver and firewall. Is there any way not to block ips?

Is it working then if adding to quick allow there?

Then look in log files while those ip's connections are doing things that are "forbidden" in settings normally! Or did in the past , as wrong pasword login x times
