If your licenses got paused, then DA might suspect they should not be yours for some reason, or for some other reason (use outside appropriate ip range for example).
Only way to solve this is to send an e-mail to Directadmin sales and then wait for an answer, or try to use the ticket sytem (maybe old ticket system). They most likely ask you for some proof which should be no problem to provide if you are the legal owner and got the licenses legally.
Be aware! These cases have no priority for DA at all. So it can take time before you get helped. Tickets can auto close during that period. So you have to check every couple of days yourself and if it's closed, then just re-open it until you have an answer.
Do NOT open new or multiple tickets about this, they will just be closed without response as this is not appreciated and they will only handle 1 ticket about such cases.
Also it is of no use to further discuss this on the forums as DA will only help via mail or ticket system in these cases.
