i can not see the domain at directadmin

i add the domain
www.saflul.co.il
to directadmin but now
i can not see the domain at the user list domains
in the directadmin
so i can not delete or manage it.
this bug also cause another bug that the site
www.saflul.co.il
shows my another site files
www.allshops.co.il.
what is the reason for all this?

The second site is opened while account with that site has a dedicated IP. That's it. It's even opened by http://195.189.140.76/

Delete saflul.co.il from DNS manager (Admin-level) and re-add it on user-level.
