i can't access my phpmyadmin please help ASAP

hello

i just installed my dedicated server and i created the database but when i try to open it for the first time this error shows up and the login details doesn't work like when i type my username and password nothing happen it opens the login page again as if it was refresh here is the error :

Is this a DA server?

How did you install phpMyAdmin? And PHP?

Cause from your screenshot it doesnt look like a DA server, if that the case, you may look in a more general forum, this is for DirectAdmin control panel users.
