I can't change IPs in licenses

Hi,
I had send the email before,but you didn't reply to me,I think you are are very busy,so you don't have the time to reply to me.But can you help me resolve my problem?
I am sorry about i change the ips for twice,But you can check,i am not breaking the reseller rules,I didn't resell the licenses to my client servers using the same license.You can check before,when my client ask me change the ip,i had email you help me kill the old ip.
And now IP form is frozen so i can 't change it ,It's very not convenient for me.
Please help me check this,thanks

Another user seems to be having same problem.

You have to contact DirectAdmin Staff via email for a faster reply.
