Let's start with analyzing logs. Send an email from any remote mail service (<email_addr_here>) to an email box, hosted on your server, then check:
Check your e-mail box <email_addr_here>, if there any bounces from your server.
Post everything, you find.

my server is 95.211.108.89 DA server, kma.mv domain is hosted in the server.
when I send [email protected] a mail from my server root, its not delivered, but If I send to gmail its delivered.
Above test no mails received to the account.

I just wanted to get sure, that it's Exim's problem, not dovecot's one.
I don't see any errors, but something is wrong. Is anything there in /var/log/exim/rejectlog?

I dont understand that bounce you mean, im not ignoring.
btw there are some mails rejected like [email protected] its the same domain,

When you send a message, and that message for some reasons can not be delivered to its recipient, MTA sends a system message back to the sender with some useful description inside. Such messages are called bounce messages.
While logs show nothing, I hoped that bounces would clarify anything.
You can try to switch exim to log all actions and try again. If it fails, you'd better hire somebody from this forum. Of course it will cost you some money. But somebody might want to check your server for free.
p.s. Is it a fresh installed server? Did it work ok before?

Thank you for your information abt bounce. i dont thing i get bounce.
when server fresh installed also it didnt work. but I did some settings, I dont remember what I did, i fixed that before. but the settings gone some how.
I think this problem correlate to disable function in php.ini because
i thing i don't get mail in my client mail app
how check it ?
(I cant enable disable functions for security reason)
any one know which function used in roundcube and squirrelmail ?

When I Use Client Mail Like thunderbird
it can connect to my pop3,imap,smtp
but tunderbird show this error :
Alert : Sending Of Password did not succeed . Mail Server mysite.com responded: Authentication failed.
i think i have problem in my smtp login
any idea?
