i cant login to roundcube

Hi , i cant login to my emails , roundcube programs .
Arrival, gives error. writes a message :
Error connecting to IMAP server: localhost.
111 : Connection refused

Presuming you're running on a DirectAdmin powered server, your IMAP daemon (often Dovecot) may not be running. Another possible problem is your server firewall may not be allowing localhost access to port 143.
If you don't own the server you should contact your hosting provider.
