and i changed all the below field with new IP

ftp A 74.84.136.107
localhost A 127.0.0.1
mail A 74.84.136.107
pop A 74.84.136.107
smtp A 74.84.136.107
www A 74.84.136.107

darplat.com. NS ns71.hostingcare.net
darplat.com. NS ns72.hostingcare.net

all the IP address are old DNS now new is

If you change nameservers you have to update at your domain registrar.

is it correct way to change DNS, what i did

did i make correct ?

if yes, then how can i change with domain registrar

Doesnt matter you have to change at your domain registrar also. The master whois database has no clue you made your update on your local server. Change your nameservers at domain registrar to the two new nameservers.

Plus it looks like your new host doesnt even use directadmin. So I dont see why you are asking here. You should be asking the hosting provider for help on moving.
