I don't receive email

Hallo,

I can send mail but I don't receive any.
What is the problem and how can I resolve this?

Email issues

Direcadmin installed properly. Domain setup for webhosting only. Email hosting s done on other server. Forms from website email fine to everyone but people at the same domain as the hosted website. Example.

domain = joeblow.com
form set to mailto: [email protected] and [email protected]

Jim gets the form contents, and tom doesnt. No errors or logs entries that I can find anywhere.

Also, login to that domain and go to:
User Level Control Panel Area -> MX Records
and uncheck the "Use this server to handle my emails." at the bottom to make exim look outside of the local server for mail delivery.

Thank you, that did the trick!

I had disabled the "User can edit DNS records" for that user, so MX Records didn't show up in the user's interface.

All of the posts I listed refer to unchecking the box. Searching the forum for answers first can save a lot of time.
