i got small problem in my server

i formated my server with centos and installed directadmin....
my main domain is: isr.co.il
sometimes the domain isnt working and sometimes it does.
i tried to check dns in few sites that are checking the dns and it showing everything is ok....
few friends tried to help me and made a few changes in apache and named service but nothing is helping.

there is another domain in that server: polart.co.il
and another domain: multiplayer.co.il (which is working but very slow, probably coze it doesnt work good in other versions of mysql and php)

can someone help me out here ?

What error do you get when the site isn't working? The version of PHP or MySQL generally won't affect the speed of a site. What kind and speed of connection does your server use to the Internet?

i got 100 megabyte shared internet connection. it shouldnt have any problem with speed. i got more 7 servers and all connected to same line without any problems....

whats else can cause the problem ?

You didn't say what error you get when the site isn't working at, so I cannot address that. In any event you should check the ethernet connection between your server and your router; they may not be negotiating the proper speed or connection. And of course you should configure MySQL to log slow responses; you can search these forums for information on how to do that.
