I have a doozy of an issue

I just got my personal license a week or so ago and I had everything set up perfectly and had a hardware problem and ended up having to move with a new ip. Everything installed nice and easy ubuntu 20.04 is my flavor of linux. I logged into the admin and set up my server name and so on and went to the user level to create a domain which is a .com I entered it and when I click create it says I have used 2000+ domains out of 10 attached image. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to reset my license even did another full clean install. I only have 1 domain never had any more than 1 in there
