thanks for this attentions ......the previous database backup file do an error when import the old tables.

Repairing a hacked MySQL table isn't going to be easy.

It appears you may be on the wrong forum. This site is dedicated to users of DirectAdmin, and your site doesn't answer on the standard DirectAdmin ports. It appears you don't use DirectAdmin. You might find better support on a MySQL specific forum. You can also get commercial support from MySQL AB the developers of MySQL; look here.
