Hi,

I'm French and I use direct Admin but my web site :

http://ifi.daedal.fr/

Mark Apache is functioning normally?

What's the problem because I have a html page (is name is index.html) and a other name index.php.

Please help me.

Did you read anything from google results? What exactly have you done from recommendations, which can be found by links from google page?

The first link on that google page: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=242 did you follow anything from that page?

P.S. If you do not want to do anything yourself, you can rely on my help out of this forum as a commerce service.
 
So prolly your hoster have to do something for this problem i suppose :)

Or maybe is just the default index.html in your ftp in public_html directory.

In public_html I have a index.html but it's not the default.... And I don't know where is the default index.html in ftp ???? I have public_ftp>incoming but nothing in this folders....

I contact my "hosting support" for the second time.

It seems you've recently ordered hosting... and if the hosting provider can not help you with your issue, you'd better move to another hosting provider.

But I don't know french free hosting for me.... And the web site of my friend works....

And I'm on the same hosting.... What's the problems.... My host support contact me. They say "I forwarded the problem to the technical service."
 
we cant the problem cause your hosting provider have to edit configs in the server.

They sayd will pass the problem to the tech dept. so, is a nice sart, maybe they will solve.

you cant solve the problem by yourself.

And your website working is absolutly not related to your, should be hosted on another server or should just not missconfigured as your.
