I have got error logs with Apache 2.2.11

I have got fedora 8
I updated my apache php mysql but I have got error too.
I did
cd /user/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update_versions

I have got PHP 5.2.9 Apache/2.2.11 mysql 5.0.77 now.
bu I have got error_log

The first section of your quoted logs (which you should put in quote tags) have been discussed a few times and you should search the forum for the answer.

I'll start you off though...

The first part of the first section relates to your shared SSL on your server which you can fix in SSH and using the DA Admin account - took me a while but i found the answer a while back.

The rest of the first section is because of the SSL cert most likely, except the latter which is normal, but not sure what:

sh: /uptime: No such file or directory

is relating to in your case.

The "domain log" you quoted look like the usual exploit attempts so you should check to make sure those files, if they exist, should or shouldnt be there etc.
