I lost Auto Reply and Mailing List icon

I have this problem I have two sites installed on a server with direct admin. I have a full menu in the email manager menu In the other one i lost two icons that I had before .. one is auto reply and one is mailing list, why?
I must contact my hosting space to configure the menu?
