I need a good easy tutorial for installing Debian on DA

HI everyone, so far I am using Ubuntu, and with some update to something, I found things happened it take a long to fix things around as I am still a newbie. now lately I found that I am not able to access PHPmy admin. the site (server.example.com) was not reached. mostly has something to do with nameserver, it was working fine before.
anyway
I appreciate it if someone sends me a good tutorial for installing Debian and all the other utilities that might need to be installed if need it
I am just running simple E-commerce WordPress sites.
