I cannot view my stats it says the site is not resolved or maybe it is but i have to reset something i need someone to talk me through this. One sentence solutions are not working what happened to the level of customer service arond here?
It used to be good! I want a number to speak with someone please this is going on two weeks now!

Please consider, as you've been already told, nobody here can solve your issue with your hosting provider. But if you provide us with real name of your domain, then we could check it for you.

Also, you could do it yourself here www.intodns.com, and here www.host-tracker.com At least you will see whether your domain can be resolved or not.

If you need a phone call to somebody, I'd suggest calling to Jeff from these forums. As he has a phone number in his signature line and can answer your question in fluent English.

Sorry for acting like a bich...tghis gets frustrating after a while. I assumed some Vindo people were here and could help me out.
If anyone is using vindo tell me this...does it take one month for the log to generate so stats can be read? If so that is the problem

Even if the folk from Vindo people were here, this forum is not the place to reach them. zEitEr is right; If the stats aren't working overnight, then there's probably a problem with the server. If they won't fix it, then we certainly can't.

I post my telephone number in my threads so you can call me for support, but I can't resolve a problem with any one else's server unless I have the admin and root logins, and I only have that if the server is mine, or if it's your server and you give me the login details.
