how can i fix it....can anyone help me..??

Are you using what you think is the right password?

Are you a domain user buying webhosting, or do you run the server?

i am using buying webhosting and it's right password..
but i dunno know why it show this error

I'm still not sure from your answer.

If you're the systems administrator you can check to see if mysql is allowing queries from the IP# you posted.

Otherwise if you're buying hosting from someone else you'll have to contact them.

for as far as I know you can't connect to external databases unless they've accepted the connection, which isn't the basic setting. I think the connection is not allowed. Meaning you'll have to ask them to allow connections from your IP, or get yourself your own database.
