I Need Help

I got my website www.carsunlimited.com from newwebsite and ftp'd many items to it via WS-FTP. However, they don't show on my web page. I wrote to newwebsite for support and he said my DNS settings may be wrong, I have read the instructions over and over but can't figure out what I should do. Here are my settings:
carsunlimited.com. A 12.191.44.244
ftp A 12.191.44.244
localhost A 127.0.0.1
mail A 12.191.44.244
pop A 12.191.44.244
www A 12.191.44.244
carsunlimited.com. NS ns1.topaz.newwebiste.com.
carsunlimited.com. NS ns2.topaz.newwebsite.com.
mail MX 10
Are these incorrect? I would be most grateful if someone could help.

You do not have your domain pointing to the name servers you listed above. They are pointing the domain to:

ns5.bulkregister.com.
ns6.bulkregister.com.

You need to login to your bulkregister account and change the name servers to begin with.
