I need to configure my website with my server

Hello. I need some help.

I have a website. www.goodwinstreams.co.uk
I want to configure that site on my server. Could somebody be kind enough to tell me how I do this?
So I can have http links in my website that download from or stream from my server.

I did search but I didn't know what to search for. 'Configuring website with server' returned just not what I wanted.

Thank you very much. Worked like a charm.

So now I just wait for the website to changer over to the new nameservers on my server?
As the website who I have the hosting package with says I need to point my sites nameservers to n1.bluehost.com and n2.bluehost.com if I want to keep their hosting package (which I don't)

So I guess I just leave things as they are and within 72hrs my website will now belong to my server. Also the nameservers for goodwinstreams.co.uk on my server say their nameservers are that of my server so all is good
