I need your help with DNS

Hi folks,

Please help me I'm newbie. I already read site-helper.com, but I think I made somthing wrong or just missed something. I can't send or get emails from my site
Here is my DNS settings, I think there're few mistakes there, some of this values were here by defoult some of them I corrected myself.

localhost A 127.0.0.1
pop A IP_of_my_server_here
my_domain_here. A IP_of_my_server_here
my_domain_here. NS ns1.my_domain_here.
my_domain_here. NS ns2.my_domain_here.
mail MX 10
ftp CNAME my_domain_here.
mail CNAME my_domain_here.
www CNAME my_domain_here.
my_domain_here. TXT "v=spf1 a mx ip4:IP_of_my_server_here ?all"

please help!

What settings I should add/delete in my DNS zone.
