i.p address change

i've got about 9 or 10 accounts with an i.p that no longer works and i need to change it for all my accounts but every time i try to free it up i can not.

i've set one i.p for a reseller and all my accounts have been made with the reseller account but every time i login as the reseller i can not change the i.p address's for my accounts.

is there any way i can change the i.p address's registered for all accounts in one go?

191 i.p is no longer used i want all my accounts to use the
56 address but i know for a fact my server host name i.e server.myserver.com is pointing to 191 and it needs to go to 56
