Errors in the email body or headers? No email server can do that, because email servers don't read your email content at all. That would be up to your local email client, and many of them have settings to use a dictionary in your local language or other chosen languages.
Or do you mean spelling errors in the email address which keep it from being delivered? Any undeliverable emails should eventually be returned to you. If the recipient email server refuses the email because it's got an incorrectly spelled address which makes it undeliverable, you should get it back very quickly. If the recipient email server accepts the email but sends it back later, it may take up to several days, but the exim mailserver in DirectAdmin will return it to you if it either get's notified immediately of undeliverable status, or if it gets it back later as undeliverable.
