If my email server is not in a blacklist, why are my customer's emails bounced.

OK, the IPs of my customers are in a blacklist, but my email server isn't,
so why are their emails blocked by ISP who use RBLs.
Is there something I can do on my side to alleviate this issue?
 
Check to make sure you have reverse dns set up and working spf records for your domain.
 
That was something I noticed and fixed also... but the problem still remains in some cases.
 
Look at those error messages. Many systems now check and blacklist based on IP#s of A records for the domains mentioned in the email and not just for the email.
