Imagemagick (ubuntu) URGENT !!!

hello,

if i use apt-get install imagemagick imagick will it break DA
or do i need to use custombuild

i searched the internet but i could not find a guide for installing this with DA

It won't break anything Note that you need MagickWand if you need ImageMagick support for PHP.

i installed imagemagick but when i want to install magickwand it asks
for wandconfig
(what i read on the internet its supposed to be installed with imagemagick

flashback, I think you will need to install ImageMagick from the source Because older releases don't have wand-config.

do i need to compile imagick (the php module) ( ./configure make make install)
and in which folder do i need to put it
