Solved IMAP account -- keep old mail available but reject any new mail?

I have a client who is changing email addresses. Is there a way I can set things up on the server so that any new email to her old address bounces, but she has access to her old email, both sent and received? She is using IMAP.

Basically, I want dovecot to continue to allow her to log in but exim to reject any new mail with a bounce message.

Email Forwarders should be enought, just setup as ":fail: ".
