imap and pop issue

Greetings all , basically i'm having an issue with pop - roundcube/squirellmail etc seems to say i've got emails in user accounts , but for some reason the pop3 for the same accounts says there are no emails in the mailboxes , any help would be greatly appreciated

ok guys , problems solved after a good hour trolling the forums here, ended up being a permision issue.

"./set_permissions.sh email" from the scripts folder in the main directadmin directory fixed the issue.
