IMAP and webmail

I am having a problem with webmail. Its saying that its unable to connect to localhost:143. I do not see an imap server running. What imap server does DA use? How can I fix this?


Also on FreeBSD should sendmail_enable be set to NO or NONE?

What happens if you type:

telnet localhost 143

at the command prompt?

I don't know about on FreeBSD, but on linux based releases of DA IMAP doesn't run as a daemon, but rather through xinetd, the Internet Super Daemon.
