imap disk space not counted

I have a user that has 5gigs in imap. Directadmin does not count all of this space as the files are owned by root. Does anyone else have this problem?? It is hard to charge extra when the customer logs in and directadmin does not show them over the limit.
Should these imap files be owned by root.

Directadmin says
Bandwidth (meg) 1133.1 unlimited
Total Disk Usage (meg) 1947.8 10000
Email Disk Usage 931.8 MB
Database Disk Usage 67.2 KB
One user has 1.2gig email directadmin says email disk use 931MB.


Can I change the files above to owned by the user?

Today I face similar problem in our KVM vps.

Directadmin version 1.5x

Total Disk Space 0,0039MB but imap usage 1.8Gb

but total space still same 0.0039MB.

Maybe need time for directadmin refresh disk usage, because today disk space show correct value.
