IMAP folder deleted

Generally mail folders get recreated when the user next gets mail.

But which level did you delete at?

Do you mean you deleted /home/USERNAME/imap/DOMAIN.NAME/*? If so, then you've lost all the mail but you shouldn't have to do anything; the system should recreate the mailbox system for the users as the mail comes in.

Or did you delete /home/USERNAME/imap? If so then you should recreate directories for each domain owned by each user, chown them USERNAME:mail and chmod them 770, the when mail comes in for each user the mailboxes should be recreated automatically as mail comes in.

i've deleted /home/user/imap

how to get back my old email ?? it is possible ??

I'm not sure I answered that particular question.

Short answer: No, you can't. It's lost.

Longer answer: If you'd turned your server off immediately, removed the drive, and sent it out to a drive restoration specialist, it might have been possible. Otherwise probably not, and it would cost you a lot to find out. Reason: a shared hosting system is fairly busy and important information could easily have been overwritten.
