My email customers seem to be leaving messages in the IMAP folders after downloading them. My problem is that we give our customers 10mb of email storage, and they don't realize (or probably care) that they don't have their email clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird) set to delete messages from server upon download.
Because of this, their inbox in squirrel mail may be empty, but the IMAP folder is full. I start getting calls about why their email isn't getting through, and I have to go into DA and empty their IMAP folder.
Is there a setting from within DA where it can delete these messages automatically that get left?
Or any similar solution?
