Imap Hangs Up

The server is working fine, no resources exhaust, there is everithing fine but.... every day the imap hangs up and noe one can check emails from imap, but pop3 works fine, i just simple restart Dovecot and everything back to normal.

Anyone just see something like this hapening?

Enable debug mode in dovecot and examine logs.
