imap-login: Disconnected: Aborted login by logging out

I have a problem with connecting an email account through outlook IOS.

The point is that this problem only happens to one account, the rest work.

I also tried manual configuration, with different ports and selected SSL and no SSL and I get the same error.

What can it be?

maybe some password chars doesn't support on outlook ?

I misspoke, it seems that my client does not use outlook....but now I stated that he uses the IOS app.

try change the password and test again. Or

create other only a-z chars email account with same password on problem account and re-test.

thanks for the reply, but it's not the password issue. He manages to get into the email account but at some point he gets a notification that he cannot send/receive emails.
