How do I change the UID in DirectAdmin?

You can manually change the /etc/passwd file as root. Note that if you do this for the root user you'll severely damage your server.
If you change the root's UID to something other than 0, you won't be able to manage your server except by local access, taking it offline, and running it in single-user mode.
