imapsync email from cPanel to DA

I've used imapsync to migrate email from cPanel to DA - this all went well. However, I notice now that there is a different folder structure in place.

In cPanel, the default folders look like:
Inbox
Drafts
Sent
Junk
Trash
Spam

In DA, they appear to be sub-folders of the Inbox:
Inbox
- Drafts
- Junk
- Sent
- spam
- Trash

Imapsync did as it was told to and copied the folders as they were on cPanel. Is there a command I can run now to merge the duplicate folders together? Or should I have used other options when initially running imapsync to ensure the folders matched up? A few clients have reported their Sent items are all gone, when in fact they're just in another folder called Sent.

I guess you need to enable --automap in your config, this maps the folders to the right folders.
If this aint the solution, look for some prefix like INBOX or .INBOX
