Any way to tell apache to redirect HTTPS (403) to HTTP (80) if needed, and just go to HTTPS without a redirect (from HTTP to HTTPS)? As at our servers this is using too much time (and actually I am not interested in web users who would still 'use' http, and therefor they could 'wait' a bit longer...). Any thoughts?
