Imunify360 and webapps user whitelisted

Imunify360 Users:

Do you have webapps user whitelisted? Customers cant send email via roundcube without it there. Is this correct?

yes webapps needs to be in there.

Strange as I took it out of one of our servers and it seems to still be working without it in there.
