Inability to select text in editor with trackpad or mouse in Safari

hello to everyone
For some time now, when I enter the direct admin panel and open the files (it doesn't matter what format they are), I can't select the text with the trackpad or mouse. Now I am using macOS version 15.2 and Safari version 18.2
If anyone has encountered this problem, I would be grateful if you could help me
