thanks for the answer, But, i have checked and the real disk used is only 4GB

Do you mean that you checked the database usage and it's 4GB?
Dabatases are not located in /home/USERNAME/

Check db usage in DA>>MySQL Management

yes the database used is only 74.59 MB

Then there are other files that take space- maybe backups... Ask your host to take a look.
