Inbox empty but I get emails

Hi there
First of all apologize for my bad English.
I happen to have a problem with my DA server. I can send emails perfectly to receive but I can not see it from the webmail or using a mail client's inbox EMPTY appears.
The post I can see entries from:
/ var / spool / virtual / domain.com
What can happen?

by the way, if I send an email, the recipient takes it. Also appears in the output tray. The problem is only with the inbox
